Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence
(04/12/09) Dateline: the Castro, Noe Street between Market Street and Beaver, where the black light theatre group celebrates the 30th Anniversary of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence by making its first appearance in five years.
I was delighted when the black light (or day-glo) theatre group decided to make a rare appearance. I saw a staged version of the Beatles’ Yellow Submarine performed in the black light theatre in Prague in 1998. It’s still playing.
