Woodridge: then and now.
Deputy Governor Colleen Powell takes the women to Woodridge in Episode 318 for their participation in the concert fundraiser. Chrissie Latham, Lizzie Birsdworth, Margot Gaffney, and the Freak feature prominently, as do a new set of male characters. Colleen nearly has a fling with Woodridge Deputy Governor Geoff Carlson. Margot tries to go over the wall, leaving a cancelled concert and an injured Lizzie in her wake. When Wentworth inmates move to Woodridge in Episode 327 after the Wentworth fire, the Woodridge characters reprise their roles.
Woodridge comes to Wentworth when three new male prisoners are transferred there for their own safety in Episode 501 after foiling an escape.
The grounds of the Kew Asylum make for a stunning courtyard in what is now a grand apartment building with classic and new units – and a dungeon.
