Fur Protestors
originally posted 2/11/09: Dateline: Union Square, southeast corner of Geary and Stockton Streets, where Mister SF stumbles upon the Fur Protestors whose actions have become as much a part of Union Square as Alma Spreckles, Robert Shields, Lefty O’Doul’s, Smiley, and all the rest. We’re glad PETA and their supporters are doing their part to insist on the compassionate treatment of animals and denounce the killing of animals for fashion. (But their pelts-on-a-chain really make us sick!)
