I loved this show. It was actually successful in Baltimore and had a large audience. From what I understand Baltimore was one of the few markets in the US where it was successful. I watched every episode for the two years they aired it. So jealous you got to meet Val Lehman.

Prisoner was my all-time favorite show from the 80′s. Your website is truly awesome and the pictures that you got are surely great. I just finished all 692 episodes not long ago and seeing your site makes me want to watch them all over again. I live in the United States and I’m not sure if any of the cast ever make it here, but I would love to meet any of them. My favorite characters in order are Bea Smith, The Freak, Lizzy, Judy, Doreen, Erica and Meg.

I am a BIG Prisoner fan. My favorite characters were Bea Smith and Myra Desmond and I think this web site is so AWESOME. I wish Prisoner was still on TV over here in the United States,I would give anything to watch the whole series from episode 1,you wouldnt get me away from the television :)

Thanks for sharing your great pictures. It would have been fantastic to have attended as I am a big fan of Prisoner. I live here in the Dallas Fort Worth, Texas area and have half the dvd set as of yet. Just watched the episode where Vera bennet has left Wentworth. Left me teary eyed.
