Seen here in June, 2003, sculptor
Nemo Gould's racy Mr. Roboto is known as Goliath
by the kids of the 'bot's owners, Nicola Miner and Robert Mailer Anderson.
Depending on your taste, it's either an eye-catching sentinel or an eye
sore of a lawn ornament along the row of mansions on Broadway between
Lyon and Baker Streets in Pacific Heights.
When visiting Goliath, don't forget to check out the house next door at
2845 Broadway. In 2002, the
unfinished house at #2845 became the most expensive home in city history
when it sold for $32 million.
