Necro Trespasser: The case of Mahdi Allah helped expose a gap in California statutes that allowed the necrophiliac to be charged only with trespassing even after he was found by a funeral home employee passed out on top of the corpse of an elderly woman with his pants around his ankles, according to initial police reports. Allah, a 46 year-old former parking attendant, was discovered in the compromising position at the Hogan Sullivan Bianco funeral home on April 17, 2004.
