Little Cara McCarthy isn't old enough to know the difference between Sutro Heights and Sutro Forest, but her 2nd birthday party was filled with friends from all over the world on a sunny day in one of Bush Street's lush and beautiful inner gardens. No one knows what places life will take this child who was born in San Francisco, but she is forever blessed by it and by the friends she and her mother have here. Once a San Franciscan, always a San Franciscan. |
