Rocco represents all of the apartment cats in San Francisco. They are semi silent witnesses to the lives of countless singles in the City who always know where to turn when the chips are down. If cats have nine lives, that's good news for Rocco, who likes the view from the fourth floor window ledge of his guardian's flat. Naturally, San Francisco loves dogs, too. The SPCA here is a model for humane and ethical treatment of dogs and cats. |
